Dusty currently works as a sales representative for North Country Marketing in the outdoor/shooting sports industry. He received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Marketing Communications from Bemidji State University. While going to college Dusty worked for Northland Fishing Tackle for four years. He also worked for Gander Mountain Bemidji in retail fishing sales. One of Dusty's favorite jobs was working as a fishing guide for three summers on Lake of the Woods. Dusty has also volunteered at Take a Kid Fishing events and strongly believes this is important for the sport of fishing.

Some of Dusty's proudest achievements came in 2006 when he won 2 FLW league tournaments, Mille Lacs and Cass Lake and finished 2nd in the 2006 FLW league - Minnesota Angler of the Year Standings. Dusty has been fishing Professional Walleye Tournaments for the past four years and guiding for the last seven. His career goal is to become one of the best Walleye Tournament Fishermen of all times. Josh was born and raised in Stillwater, MN. Josh has an Extreme passion for the outdoors; rather it's chasing Mallards or calling in a Spring Time Gobbler. Josh has been in the Duck Blind since he was 10 years old, watching and learning all the tricks of the trade. He shot is first Duck when he was 12 years old, and that's when the outdoor blood began to flow deep in his veins.

Josh has had the opportunity to hunt with Champion callers and professional Hunters across the country. He has leaned from the best and wants to share his knowledge with everyone else. Josh feels he can teach every hunter out there just enough to make them more successful in the field. Gussy's competitive attitude lands him in several fishing tournaments in between the different hunting seasons. On top of catching trophy walleyes during the fall season, Gussy is a monster buck specialist in the Lake of the Woods region of Ontario.
